School admissions are open for Academic Year for Christhu Jyothi English Medium School, Kindergarten and for Grades 1-9. Students will be admitted through the year depending on the availability of seats in each class. Here’s how you can secure your child’s place:
Visit Our School Office
Stop by during our admissions hours to collect the admission form.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Complete and Submit the Application Form
Fill out the form with accurate details and ensure you bring the required documents (see the list below).
Submit the completed application form at the school office.
For certain grades, your child may be required to attend an interview or entrance assessment. Our office will inform you of the schedule and guide you through this step.
Review and Approval
Once your application is reviewed and all requirements are fulfilled, we will notify you of the outcome.
Complete the Enrollment Process
Upon acceptance, finalize your child’s enrollment by paying the fees at the school office.
You will receive further details, including schedules and class information.
Kindergarten
Children seeking admission to LKG must be a minimum of 4 years old as of March 31st of the academic year. For UKG, children must have successfully completed LKG or its equivalent.
Class 1
Admission to Class 1 requires children to be a minimum of 6 years old as of March 31st of the academic year.
Class 2 to 8
For admission into Classes 2 to 8, students must have successfully completed the previous grade from a recognized school.
Class 9
Admission to Class 9 requires students to have successfully completed Class 8 from a recognized school.
Passport Size Photographs – 2 copies of the child
Birth Certificate – Issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths as proof of date of birth
School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate – Signed by the head of the previous institution and countersigned if required
Marksheet/Progress Report – Marksheet/Progress Report of the child of the previous year if applicable
Aadhaar Card Copies – Copies of Aadhaar cards for the child and both parents
